Oral Presentations
Each meeting room will have a laptop. Please bring your slides on a USB drive and work with the presider to load them before your session starts, or during the session break. You may also bring your own laptop if it has an HDMI connection. The projectors will display a 16x9 slide format.
Presenters should plan a talk that is 5 minutes shorter than the published time slot, to allow time for questions and for the transition to the next presentation.
The presider will introduce each presentation, then give warnings when there are 5 minutes left, and when there is 1 minute left. It is important to stay on schedule so people can move between meeting rooms.
Poster Presentations
The poster boards can hold posters up to 4 feet high and 6 feet wide. The poster numbers are included on the acceptance notices; these poster numbers will be on the boards. Posters can be put up during the oral session break, or just prior to the start of the poster session.
